Hi, I’m Jessica.
I created this practice because I was my client once. After 20+ years of climbing the professional ladder—leading teams, chasing goals, and managing the impossible—I hit a wall. Not the “I need a break” kind. The “I don’t recognize myself anymore” kind.
Now I help other professionals find their way back to themselves—on their own terms.
My coaching isn’t prescriptive. It’s a partnership. I meet you where you are and help you find a rhythm that aligns with your values, energy, and truth.
